LABOR RELATIONS ANALYST
About the role
Position: Labor Relations Analyst (LRA) at Ironwood State Prison in Blythe, Riverside County, CA. This is a 12‑month limited‑term full‑time role (may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent). The role supports the department’s vision to enhance public safety and promote successful community reintegration through education, treatment, and rehabilitative programs, and its mission to facilitate reintegration of individuals in custody.

Pay
Salary range: $5,188.00 – $7,816.00 per month. New‑to‑State candidates are hired at the minimum of the range. Effective July 1, 2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) requires a 3 % pay reduction in exchange for 5 hours of PLP leave credits monthly through June 2027; the posted salaries do not reflect this change.
