Labor Field Recruiter (Bilingual)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs and design recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, job centers, educational institutions, and local businesses
• Create and lead talent pipelines in the field, including organizing job fairs and industry events
• Source qualified candidates through various channels and conduct pre-screen interviews
• Assist with hiring decisions, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and provide regular productivity reports
• Support hiring managers by referring qualified candidates and facilitating facility tours
• Manage time, priorities, and multiple initiatives independently
• Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or related field
• Valid driver’s license (required for field travel)
