Responsibilities
- Advise employers on labor and employment matters
- Handle employment litigation and administrative proceedings
- Originate, manage, and expand client relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements
- Significant experience advising employers on labor and employment matters
- Experience handling employment litigation and administrative proceedings
- Strong business judgment, leadership skills, and client service orientation
- Demonstrated success in business development
- Commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional client service
- Established labor and employment practice with a portable book of business of at least $500,000
- Admission to practice, or ability to obtain admission, in Massachusetts
Pay
The anticipated base salary for this position starts at $225,000. This is Verrill’s good faith estimate of the annual salary for the position at the time of this posting. Final base salary will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, book of business, skills, experience, job-related qualifications, and other market factors.
