We are speaking with attorneys and legal professionals for select opportunities involving labor and employment partner-level practices, employer-side counseling, litigation, OSHA/environmental employment issues, healthcare regulatory overlap, and portable practice growth. These roles are grouped because the same candidate audience could reasonably match more than one opening in this tile.
Responsibilities
- 10+ years labor and employment law; employer-side practice
- 10+ years environmental lawyer focused on workplace safety regulations; environmental compliance, OSHA/workplace safety, permitting, EPA challenges, employer counseling
- 10+ years practicing attorney with labor/employment and healthcare regulatory/compliance focus; healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
- Client service, compliance, counseling, litigation, employment claims, agency matters, cross-selling within national L&E platform
- Portable book around $1M (flexible)
- Autonomous partner-level practice building
- Practice expansion within specialized employer-side platform
- Client counseling and autonomous practice management
Requirements
- Senior labor and employment or regulatory experience
- Partner-level judgment and client-facing ability
- Portable business or a strong business-development case for partner roles
- Comfortable advising employers and institutional clients
- Relevant jurisdictional bar admission
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in labor and employment, OSHA, environmental, and healthcare regulatory fields
- Experience in client-facing roles and business development
- Ability to build and manage a portable business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
