Responsibilities
- File review
- Preparing case analysis memoranda
- Drafting pleadings
- Attending routine court hearings
- Attending mediation or conciliation meetings
- Negotiating settlement agreements
- Handling a high-volume practice
Requirements
- 3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in employment, commercial, or insurance litigation
- Familiarity with federal court practice
- Extensive writing experience
- Excellent academic credentials and solid work ethic
- Active bar license in the state of residence and in a state where Seyfarth maintains an office
- Success measured by caseload management and work quality, not billable hours

Pay
The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000. Pay within the range is based on relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. The position is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
