Qualifications

• 1-4+ years' experience in labor and employment law or in litigation
• Admission to New York State Bar required
• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and active member in good standing of the bar
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated high level organizational skills for prioritizing workload
• Demonstrated ability to absorb, process and understand new information rapidly
• Maintains high standards of performance
• Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility
• Professional, cooperative, positive and flexible attitude

Pay

Compensation ranges from $120,000–$165,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
