Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-Level)

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 years of significant law firm experience in employment litigation. As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine employment litigation with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of significant law firm experience in employment litigation, including two or more of the following areas: discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong legal analysis, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
