Responsibilities
- litigation defense
- advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws
- working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage and hour law matters
- taking depositions
- arguing motions
- preparing cases for trial
Requirements
- three - five years of experience
- a license to practice in Kentucky
- out of state candidates willing to sit for the bar exam or eligible for admission in Kentucky
Qualifications
- strong academic background
- excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
