Immediate opening for a Labor & Employment Associate in the Los Angeles or Oakland office, requiring four to eight years of experience with litigation and counseling clients in California on a full range of employment law issues.

Responsibilities

• Litigate employment matters including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims.
• Handle wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters in California state and federal courts.
• Provide counseling to clients on California employment law issues.

Requirements

• Four to eight years of experience in labor & employment law.
• Must reside in California.
• Must hold an active California bar license.
