Labor & Employment Associate / Counsel

Key Responsibilities

• Defend employers in wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and single-plaintiff employment disputes.
• Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare dispositive motions in state and federal court.
• Represent clients before administrative agencies, including EEOC and CRD.
• Handle class certification issues and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy.
• Provide advice on compliance and employment law risk management under California and federal law.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience at a recognised law firm.
• Much experience with class actions, PAGA claims, and wage and hour defence.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials with meticulous attention to detail.
• Member of the California Bar (required).

Compensation

Salary Range: $380,000+ DOE
