Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Job Details
- Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and representation to clients
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts
- Conducting thorough legal research to support case proceedings and provide strategic advice
- Representing clients in court, at hearings, trials, depositions, and arbitration proceedings
- Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop legal strategies
- Maintaining confidentiality and using discretion when managing sensitive information
- Staying updated with current laws and regulations within your field of specialization
- Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- 3-5 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney; public entity defense experience preferred
- Licensed to practice law in the state
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High ethical standards and professional integrity
