Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

About the role
We are seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for our San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. The firm supports attorneys with structured training and mentorship, clear paths to advancement, and exposure to varied and sophisticated matters. Responsibilities
- Provide advice and counsel on employment matters
- Handle wage and hour compliance and defense
- Draft and negotiate non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation agreements
- Represent employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies
Requirements
- 3–7 years of substantive and substantial employment litigation experience
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- California licensure
Pay
The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $235,000, with actual compensation determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors. Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
