Are you a Labor & Employment Associate with OSHA litigation experience looking to join a well-established law firm?
Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of labor and employment litigation
- Full case management
- Legal research
- Reviewing documents
- Drafting briefs
- Representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
- Take on OSHA litigation matters at the state and federal level
- Have an in-depth understanding of OSHA inspection and citation contest procedures
- Advise clients on workplace management issues ranging from hiring to separation of employment, employment contracts, and other personnel matters
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- 2+ years of OSHA litigation experience
- JD
- Oregon State Bar membership
Qualifications
A professional and consultative approach will be important as you tactfully advise clients on workplace management issues.
