About the role

It is the responsibility of the Labor Control Coordinator to provide labor-scheduling services for the branch. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. This position supports our Event & Exhibit Services team and follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
  • Use a variety of office software applications including but not limited to word processing, email, and Excel, and use SharePoint (ECS) and Citrix (TSS & EMS) for ticket processing.
  • Open and create new files for each individual job/show.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers and copy machines, fixing any malfunctioning office equipment to the best of your knowledge, calling IT when needed. Replace toners, empty waste boxes, and maintain paper supplies.
  • May serve as liaison with copier service and vendor.
  • Assist with other projects and special assignments as required by the Freeman management team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of previous scheduling experience.
  • Previous experience working with a collective bargaining agreement.
  • Strong software skills, including email, timekeeping, phone system, and/or payroll.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data management tools and creating automated processes.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Any level of college, technical degree, or certification in business administration, finance, event planning, or similar (preferred).
  • Ability to read, speak, and write languages in addition to English (preferred).

Travel

Travel up to 25%.
