Labor Compliance Manager
About the role
United Contractors (UCON) is seeking a Labor Compliance Manager to work with the team to manage contract administration of the 20+ Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) UCON manages, assist in negotiations logistics, provide contract interpretation in service to our contractor members, and assist in public works compliance.
This role is a key partner to Labor and Member Services Department helping to address the CBA contract interpretation, advocacy, and prevailing wage/public works compliance needs of our members. In addition to supporting collective bargaining agreement administration and compliance, you will support the department’s member services efforts by helping maintain accurate records, preparing and organizing data, assisting with meeting logistics, and providing direct input and advice to senior LMS leadership.
Responsibilities
- Administer collective bargaining agreements and support negotiations process
- Provide compliance and contract interpretation of UCON’s 20+ CBAs to membership
- Provide public works and prevailing wage support to members
- Aid LMS leadership in execution of department and organization goals
- Assist in record keeping and project development and execution
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
- Experience: 3+ years working with collective bargaining agreements or CA prevailing wage/public works
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated contract administration experience
- Construction industry experience preferred
- HR experience a plus

Pay Range
$80,000 - $110,000
