About the role
The firm is expanding into Colorado and is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in areas such as discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances. Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour cases is preferred.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado
- Licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to the Colorado Bar
- Experience with discovery in the civil litigation context
- Experience with oral advocacy and appearing in Court
- Experience with motion practice and taking/defending depositions
- Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus
