Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire
- One year Nursing experience
Qualifications
- Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
