Labor and Delivery/Postpartum RN Nights

Role: Provides direct, proficient nursing care in obstetric and neonatal settings, including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, well newborn, and neonatal intensive care. Responsibilities Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to optimize outcomes.Administers operative and postoperative care for obstetric patients.Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions; collaborates across disciplines for coordinated care.Educates patients and families, delegates care to ancillary staff, and may precept students and new hires. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current RN licensure and relevant certifications such as NRP, ACLS, and BLS.Minimum six months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
