Lab Technologist, Clinic
Description
Perform moderate and high complexity testing in some or all areas of the Laboratory, including Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Blood Bank. Key responsibilities include proper patient and specimen identification, adherence to testing policies and procedures, instrument use and troubleshooting, and computer functions. Work closely with Phlebotomists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Nursing, and Physicians to provide patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or meets qualification for testing personnel performing high complexity testing as specified in C.L.I.A.
- Field of Study: Chemical or Biological Sciences.
Schedule
2nd shift, 1500–2330.
