LAB TECHNICIAN - IVC

About the Role

Gather in-process samples and perform routine physical property testing to ensure compliance with ASTM and customer standards. This position provides real-time feedback on operation efficiency, product quality, and compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on production samples.
• Ensure accuracy of tests and storage of data into databases such as Excel and Infinity QS quality control software.
• Safely utilize testing equipment, including table saws, press, and furnace.
• Maintain personal safety and comply with the site’s safety management system.
• Assist manufacturing to ensure startups and quality changes meet defined quality standards.
• Keep measurement equipment in good working order.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in a physical testing lab and/or manufacturing environment.
• Must pass a color vision test.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work independently in a lab and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to company values and safe work practices.
