Duties & Responsibilities

  • Formulate, develop, and introduce new products as instructed by the R&D Product Development Manager.
  • C Conduct evaluations and perform re-formulation work on existing products according to assigned direction.
  • Complete assigned laboratory projects and provide clear written summaries of project work.
  • Enter formulations—including instructions and QC specifications—following established procedures.
  • Complete Formula Entry/Change Sheets as required and accurately record project completion in e-Chempax.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to support process modifications and identify process improvements.
  • Perform calibration of laboratory equipment and maintain accurate calibration records.
  • Review and sign off on relevant documents to acknowledge understanding of role-related responsibilities.
  • C Conduct analytical testing using laboratory instruments to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • C Dispose of wet samples that have exceeded their retention date according to safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

  • A Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Prior laboratory or ink/coating formulation experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with analytical testing equipment and lab safety protocols.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks independently when needed.
