Duties & Responsibilities
- Formulate, develop, and introduce new products as instructed by the R&D Product Development Manager.
- C Conduct evaluations and perform re-formulation work on existing products according to assigned direction.
- Complete assigned laboratory projects and provide clear written summaries of project work.
- Enter formulations—including instructions and QC specifications—following established procedures.
- Complete Formula Entry/Change Sheets as required and accurately record project completion in e-Chempax.
- Collaborate with production personnel to support process modifications and identify process improvements.
- Perform calibration of laboratory equipment and maintain accurate calibration records.
- Review and sign off on relevant documents to acknowledge understanding of role-related responsibilities.
- C Conduct analytical testing using laboratory instruments to ensure product quality and compliance.
- C Dispose of wet samples that have exceeded their retention date according to safety and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- A Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Prior laboratory or ink/coating formulation experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with analytical testing equipment and lab safety protocols.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
