Lab Technician I
Brief Description
We are currently looking to add a Laboratory Technician I to our Products team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will support Microbiologics’ scientific work by performing routine laboratory tasks and assisting with daily lab operations. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced laboratory environment, focused on following established procedures, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
What can I expect in this role?
- Conduct basic laboratory procedures following established protocols and work instructions.
- Accurately document test results and complete required records.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Assemble products while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or deviations promptly to a supervisor.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all laboratory safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.

Education and/or experience required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- No previous laboratory experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
