Lab Technician - Chemical Engineering

About the role

Prepares and performs experiments under direction of supervisor. Maintains lab equipment and may perform basic repairs. Prepares and performs experiments. Maintains lab equipment by cleaning and performing basic repairs, contacts supervisor for more complicated repairs. Notifies supervisor of deviations in or during experiments. May maintain inventory and/or provide for care of animals. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• MQ: Requires a basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. as might normally be acquired through attainment of a high school diploma or GED.
• Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.

Pay

• Salary range: $20.67 - $23.51 per hour.
