Key Responsibilities
- Maintain System for record keeping and traceability and document control.
- Maintain Calibration System and Records.
- Perform Calibration on In-House Equipment.
- Complete Testing and Product Disposition.
- Operate the Company’s inspection and test procedures for Incoming Materials.
- Inform management of any abnormal situations which cannot be successfully dealt with.
- Release of Conforming Product.
Work in a safe manner always by following the company safety policies and procedures.

Manufacturing Quality Support & Collaboration
- Provide real-time quality support to manufacturing operations to ensure products meet internal, customer, regulatory, and ISO requirements.
- Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products as needed.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate quality concerns, trends, or risks to Quality Management in a timely and structured manner.
Non-Conformance & Continuous Improvement Support
- Support investigations of non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints by reviewing laboratory data and coordinating findings to Lab Lead.
- Aid in root cause analysis using laboratory data and hands-on testing to validate hypotheses and drive fact-based decision making.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation of laboratory activities, test results, inspections, and quality records.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing laboratory documentation and assisting in responses to audit findings related to the laboratory.
Qualifications
- GED/High School Diploma.
- Satisfactorily complete 3 months of on-the-job training.
- Basic Computer Skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Multitasking is required.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing and laboratory environment.
- Standing, walking, and lifting to 35 lbs. for extended periods.
- Requires a full range of motion including eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels, temperature fluctuations, and standard factory conditions.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
- Typical hours are Monday through Friday; however, flexibility is required and may include evenings or weekends based on production and business needs.
