What You'll Do
- Perform laboratory testing on finished product, customer samples, and new or modified products in accordance with specifications and approved methods to ensure security and quality conformance
- Review and interpret specifications and procedures to support production and R&D testing
- Collect, label, track, and account for tickets and other controlled security-sensitive materials
- Record test results, complete inspection reports, and distribute results to internal teams, customers, and external labs as required
- Maintain accurate records, files, and a clean, organized laboratory environment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and safe work practices; support stocking and maintenance of lab supplies
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 0–3 years of experience working in a laboratory environment performing testing and producing accurate, documented results
- Experience reading, interpreting, and applying written specifications or procedures
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and produce accurate work
- Effectively communicate in writing and verbally with other departments and management
- Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and use of Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Understanding of and adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, and Security policies, including safe handling practices
- Successful completion of a job-related skills and reasoning assessment
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
