Lab Technician

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assemble single-use kits and components according to technical drawings, work instructions, batch records, and standard operating procedures
• Perform inspections of products, assemblies, and packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records to support traceability and regulatory requirements
• Sustain organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the cleanroom environment
• Support workflow coordination and consistency within the lab space
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve non-conformities
• Operate manufacturing tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, SOPs, and cleanroom regulations
• Assist with inventory organization, material handling, and production material preparation as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and process reliability

Qualifications Desired

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior cleanroom, laboratory, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience
• Experience with production documentation, batch records, or quality-controlled environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive precision-based tasks consistently
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and technical documentation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
