Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assemble single-use kits and components according to technical drawings, work instructions, batch records, and standard operating procedures
- Perform inspections of products, assemblies, and packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records to support traceability and regulatory requirements
- Sustain organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the cleanroom environment
- Support workflow coordination and consistency within the lab space
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve non-conformities
- Operate manufacturing tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, SOPs, and cleanroom regulations
- Assist with inventory organization, material handling, and production material preparation as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, and process reliability
Qualifications Desired
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cleanroom, laboratory, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing experience
- Experience with production documentation, batch records, or quality-controlled environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive precision-based tasks consistently
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and technical documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Effective communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
