Compensation Considerations Job Grade: 114 Hourly Pay: 18.27 - 18.67 DOE Shift Hours: 5:00 pm - 1:30 am with Rotating Weekends, Days Off During the Week Shift Differentials: 2nd Shift 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm 9% and 11:00 pm - 7:00 am 14% Weekend Shift Differential: 8% Training Schedule: Must be able to do either : 0630 am -2:30 pm (Tue- Sat) or 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm ( Sun-Thu) or 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (Mon- Fri) for approximately 12 weeks Work Shift (if Applicable) Shift 2 (United States of America) Job Description Vitalant is seeking a Laboratory Technician dedicated to making a positive difference. Experience No experience required. Skills/Abilities Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Must be detail oriented and possess strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.Must be able to maintain donor, patient and employee confidentiality.Must possess basic keyboarding skills and the ability to handle and operate laboratory equipment.Must be able to work flexible shifts and overtime when necessary.
