Lab Support Technician - PRN

Role: The Laboratory Support Technician (LST II) supports the laboratory team by managing reports, data, and scheduling functions. Responsibilities: Ensures accurate and timely laboratory support, exhibits excellent customer service, and skillfully acquires specimens for testing using safe and professional methods while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience. Must successfully complete facility-specific competencies for advancement. Skills: Strong customer service, attention to detail, specimen collection, adherence to safety and confidentiality standards, and ability to follow laboratory policies. Key Duties: Support provider care by managing laboratory reports, data, specimen collection, and scheduling, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
