Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and workflow managementTrain, mentor, and coach team members for professional developmentEnsure adequate staffing and coverage across all shiftsResearch and resolve production errors, escalating issues as neededPerform quality assurance checks and maintain documentation Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalentOver 3 years of experience in laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, or warehouse settingsProficiency in computer skills and Microsoft OfficeAbility to pass a standardized color blindness testStrong attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationFlexibility to work overtime and variable shifts as needed
