Role Overview: The Laboratory Robotics Operator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing specimen processing operations in a high-volume diagnostic laboratory. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily laboratory operations and train non-technical staffManage workflow, staffing, and scheduling across shiftsInvestigate and resolve production errors, escalating issues as neededConduct quality assurance checks, maintain records, and ensure complianceLead process improvement initiatives and provide coaching to team members Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalentOver 3 years of experience in laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, or warehouse settingsExperience with automated laboratory equipmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skillsAbility to pass a standardized color blindness testStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
