Lab Operations Specialist - III*

About the role

Provide operational leadership and issue resolution support for laboratory operations. Lead laboratory moves, infrastructure improvements, equipment relocations, and facility projects. Manage laboratory equipment and assets across procurement, installation, maintenance, service coordination, and decommissioning. Coordinate laboratory operational activities with Facilities, Procurement, IT, EHS, Finance, scientists, and external vendors. Support capital planning, operational budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and project financial tracking. Monitor laboratory operational metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Develop operational dashboards, project plans, and governance processes. Drive laboratory operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Support implementation and standardization of Technical Development operating models and scalable laboratory service processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field
