Lab Manager/Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of running experiments that utilize: stationary & remote EEG, high-definition tDCS, stationary eye-tracking, augmented/virtual reality eye-tracking, and psychophysical techniques.
• Cooking and executing multiple experiments.
• Aiding in experimental setup (including basic experiment programming).
• Aiding the PIs and their thesis/research students with EEG sensor preparation/application/disinfection, stimulus creation.
• Aiding in the training of new undergraduate RAs.
• Aiding in classroom and community outreach demonstrations.
• Data processing, data analysis, data management, and general lab organization and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technologically savvy, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience/familiarity with computer programming (e.g., MATLAB, Python, C/C++, etc.) is required.
