About the role
Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying innovative solutions to complex business problems. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of high-quality software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Participate in design and architecture discussions to optimize system performance and scalability
- Work with QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs and issues
- Document project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and SDLC processes
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
