Lab Assistant / Courier

Job Summary

Responsible for procurement and processing of specimens submitted for diagnostic testing including courier duties. Performs a variety of general clerical functions.

Typical hours: Monday through Friday (0930-1800)

• Procure and process specimens submitted for diagnostic testing
• Perform courier duties
• Conduct general clerical functions

Requirements

• High School Diploma- required
• BLS within 90 days of hire- required
• Previous phlebotomy, clerical and/or computer experience- preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
