Lab Assistant

About the role

As an onsite laboratory assistant, this role focuses on maintaining laboratory cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with chemistry lab scientists, requiring strong communication, professionalism, and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lab glassware, pipette, and equipment dish washing
• Stock glassware and lab supplies
• Remove and dispose of expired reagents and chemical waste
• Stock kitchenette food and drink supplies
• Maintain lab bench and equipment cleanliness
• Log samples and finished products into QA and controlled inventory systems
• Maintain overall chemical quality control and compliance

Skills

• Attention to detail to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexibility, agility, and engagement in a changing environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (7:30 AM–4:00 PM).
