About the role
The Fan Experience Coordinator will support the Ticket Sales and Service Department, focusing on service activation, group experiences, VIP club coordination, and event management, while also assisting with the Fan Service Associate program.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the seasonal Fan Service Associate program by providing guidance and support to Associates during event days.
- Collaborate with the Service team and Community Relations department to organize and delegate projects, ensuring efficient execution and a seamless fan experience.
- Act as the point of contact between the Kings Sales & Service team and arena game-day departments, including Guest Services and Operations, facilitating daily communications and coordinating logistics such as event scheduling, parking, club passes, and premium experiences.
- Support the ticket benefits program, including inventory management, customer support, and in-game activation and fulfillment.
- Aid the Group Sales team with coordination of group leader benefits, including showcasing group names on the scoreboard, arranging catering, buses, ticket package gifts, and other elements of the group sales process.
- Support LA Kings in-game experiences from fulfillment to activation, including pre-game tours, ticket pack redemptions, Zamboni rides, Tunnel Team, and post-game events.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Ticket Sales and Service department, including ordering supplies, organizing STM collateral, supporting STM mailings, and preparing game day materials.
- Assist with Season Ticket Member and client gifting processes, including brainstorming gift ideas, organizing and maintaining gift/recipient lists, and executing fulfillment of gifting distribution or events.
- Process VIP and department ticket requests as needed, including coordination of club passes and parking arrangements.
- Support the planning of VIP Season Ticket Member away trips in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Engage with guests to ensure a best-in-class service experience for Season Ticket Members and their guests.

- Excellent written and communication skills, including a professional phone presence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; ability to learn required business systems.
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS Degree preferred).
- 2-4 years of related work experience.
Pay
$21.27–$25.00 per hour.
