About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse Lead to oversee night shift operations, ensuring high-quality care for mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the team
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in staff training and development

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and delivery
• At least 2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience
• Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (within the last 2 years)
