About the role
Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse to provide compassionate care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive labor, delivery, and postpartum care
- Monitoring patient conditions, vital signs, and fetal heart rates
- Administering medications such as magnesium and pitocin, and fluids
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop care plans
- Supporting and educating patients and families
- Floating across campuses as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in postpartum, mother-baby, and labor & delivery care, including both C-section and vaginal deliveries
- Triage experience
- Active RN license
- Certifications in EFM/AWHONN, BLS, ACLS, and NRP
Qualifications
- Prior travel experience within the last year preferred
