L&D RN - Contract

About the role

Seeking a dedicated RN for a Labor & Delivery role in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on promoting skin-to-skin care and a safe, nurturing environment for mothers and infants.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assist with C-sections
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members such as lactation counselors and maternity educators
• Operate fetal monitoring systems
• Float to NICU as needed

Requirements

• Current RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• At least one year of relevant Labor & Delivery experience
• Strong IV and C-section skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
