About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Float to Post-Partum units as needed
- Document care using EPIC EMR
Requirements
- Active Iowa RN license
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-risk, high-acuity delivery environment
- Experience with 200–300 deliveries per month
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, fetal monitoring (AWHONN), and NRP
Skills
- Teamwork and adaptability
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Proficiency in documentation systems
- Comfort working in high-pressure settings
