About the role
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a contract role in Wilson, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Care for women during labor and delivery
- Monitor both mother and baby
- Coach mothers through childbirth
- Assist physicians
- Prepare patients and families for birth stages
- Support postpartum care and breastfeeding
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
- Active RN license
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP
- AWHONN certification (likely required)
