Responsibilities

  • Manage LMS administration by loading modules, assigning users, and tracking completion rates
  • Maintain course catalogs, metadata, and generate various reports
  • Absorb and create diverse learning content
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify and translate learning needs into solutions
  • Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and participant coordination
  • Deliver onboarding and compliance training while assisting facilitators during sessions
  • Design feedback surveys and analyze training data for effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 - 3 years in HR, training, or administrative roles; experience with adult learning practices preferred
  • Proficiency with virtual training platforms like WorkRamp and Teams
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic e-learning tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for employee interaction and session facilitation
  • Prioritize organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with collecting feedback, analyzing data, and deriving actionable insights
