Responsibilities
- Manage LMS administration by loading modules, assigning users, and tracking completion rates
- Maintain course catalogs, metadata, and generate various reports
- Absorb and create diverse learning content
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify and translate learning needs into solutions
- Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and participant coordination
- Deliver onboarding and compliance training while assisting facilitators during sessions
- Design feedback surveys and analyze training data for effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1 - 3 years in HR, training, or administrative roles; experience with adult learning practices preferred
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms like WorkRamp and Teams
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic e-learning tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for employee interaction and session facilitation
- Prioritize organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable with collecting feedback, analyzing data, and deriving actionable insights
