Family-owned for over 80 years, Lunds & Byerlys is a grocery retailer rooted in the family tradition of quality, value, and service. Our Mitchell Road manufacturing facility supplies our 28 stores with an assortment of deli and bakery products including muffins, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pies, salads, sandwiches, and more.
About the role
We are hiring self-directed and outgoing Bakery Line Helpers to produce high-quality products for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage.
Responsibilities
- Full range of bakery activities including applying base icing, wrapping products, and packaging orders
- Ensuring productive workflow
- Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
- Creating a welcoming and safe environment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions
- Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB, and all other regulatory agencies while adhering to good manufacturing practices

Schedule
This position requires availability during the following hours:
- Tuesday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Our facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered within the range may depend on factors such as skills, knowledge, expertise, experience, and internal equity.
