KYC Analyst

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day processes within the KYC Team
• Monitor and act on incoming and outgoing verification activity
• Collaborate with the KYC team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handle incoming KYC-related escalations from Customer Service
• Process member Cash Out requests in accordance with Group AML and KYC policies
• Maintain oversight of 3rd party payment systems to identify and address technical issues
• Solve and investigate day-to-day issues
• Communicate with VIP teams to ensure satisfaction of fraud, KYC, EDD, risk, and AML requirements for high-value player relationships
• Verify member identity documents for multiple states and jurisdictions
• Act as a liaison between members and internal Management & Technical Teams, as well as 3rd party supplier contacts
• Aid in the player onboarding process during the KYC process
