Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day processes within the KYC Team
- Monitor and act on incoming and outgoing verification activity
- Collaborate with the KYC team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle incoming KYC-related escalations from Customer Service
- Process member Cash Out requests in accordance with Group AML and KYC policies
- Maintain monitoring of third-party payment systems for potential technical issues
- Solve and investigate day-to-day issues
- Communicate with the VIP team to ensure satisfaction of fraud, KYC, EDD, risk, and AML requirements for high-value player relationships
- Verify member identity documents for multiple states and jurisdictions
- Act as a liaison between members and internal management, technical teams, and 3rd party supplier contacts
- Aid in the player onboarding process during the KYC process
