for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we need to map content accordingly.
We have company description (intro) maybe as About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can have a section About the role (maybe using company description and job description summary). But we need to decide what goes where.
We have multiple job titles: Kitchenperson/Chef’s Helper, Potwasher, Laundryperson. The job description includes duties for each. So we can put Responsibilities section with list of duties (maybe combine). Requirements: maybe Physical Requirements? Qualifications: Basic Qualifications and Additional Qualifications and Skills. Skills: maybe Additional Qualifications and Skills? But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. We could put Qualifications for basic qualifications, Skills for additional qualifications and skills. Benefits: we have Benefits section. Pay: we have Compensation Range/Rate. Schedule: we have Standard Hours/Schedule.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers for Pay and Schedule.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO/Non-Discrimination, visa sponsorship info? Actually visa sponsorship is specific: "Harvard University is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position". That's substantive, we can include maybe in Additional Information but not as a heading unless we have a section for it. We only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to fit visa sponsorship info somewhere maybe under About the role or Requirements? Probably under About the role (as extra info). Pre-Employment Screening also could be under Requirements? Might be better to include under Requirements (like pre-employment checks). However we must not invent sections; we can include content under existing headings.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details: company description, job description duties for each role, physical requirements, qualifications (basic and additional), standard hours/schedule, compensation range, visa sponsorship, pre-employment screening, other information (work format details, salary grade), benefits.
We need to ensure we don't miss any.
