Korean Language Data Contributor (Multimodal) – Freelance AI Trainer Project
About the role
We're seeking Korean language experts to contribute to the development of advanced AI systems. Your expertise will be used to improve the accuracy and reliability of language models.
Responsibilities
- Challenge advanced language models on topics like honorifics, sentence structure, verb conjugation, word order, regional dialects, idiomatic expressions, and script variations.
- Document every failure mode encountered during testing.
- Converse with the model on language scenarios.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of the model's responses.
- Capture reproducible error traces.
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
A degree in Korean language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal. Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects are preferred.
Clear, metacognitive communication is essential. You should be able to explain your thought process and reasoning clearly.
Qualifications
Fluency in Korean is required. Experience with natural language processing and machine learning is beneficial but not mandatory.
Skills
- Expertise in Korean grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and pragmatics.
- Ability to communicate complex linguistic concepts effectively.
- Experience with AI model evaluation and improvement.

Pay
A pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
Schedule
The schedule is flexible and remote. You will work independently and at your own pace.
