About the Project

This gorgeous waterfront home in the Kopachuck area of Gig Harbor is a new construction home, furnished with curated furniture and designed by Broadway Design & Renovation. Every detail for construction was selected by Broadway Design.

All tile, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, siding, window treatments, plumbing fixtures, etc. was hand selected by Deann Hammer. Deann worked hand in hand with the builder to tear down the existing home and created architectural plans for the client's new dream home.

Design and Furnishing

During construction, Broadway Design helped the homeowner select custom furnishings such as a Japanese handmade dining table, a handmade carpet, a burlwood crosscut coffee table, custom sofas, custom barstools and many other designer furnishings.
