About the role

Join the Weisse Arena Gruppe in LAAX as a Cook at Ristorante Camino, where you'll contribute to an alpine tourism leader known for creating unforgettable guest experiences. The restaurant features a wood-fired oven, seasonal Italian dishes, classic cocktails, and fine Italian wines, with seating for 110 guests plus a bar/lounge for 60, and also offers catering and banquets.

What you'll do

• Take responsibility for your own station
• Perform mise en place for daily operations
• Prepare dishes
• Comply with hygiene regulations
• Carry out general cleaning duties

What you bring

• Completed culinary training
• 3–4 years of work experience in à la carte service, preferably in Italian cuisine
• Enthusiasm for working in a lively establishment
• Commitment, careful, efficient, independent, reliable, and responsible work ethic
• Team player with good German language skills
