Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge systems documentation
• Support system upgrades and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity
• Provide technical support to end-users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or systems administration
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge management tools

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Experience with SharePoint and/or other knowledge management systems
• Basic SQL scripting
